There are two options for this grant application. The first option is to download the application to your computer. It is a Word document, and you must have Microsoft Word to open it. Respond to the questions in the fields provided, which will expand as you type, then print off the completed application and send to the address below.
Your second option is to download the PDF document to your computer (you'll need Adobe Acrobat* or similar program), print the document, then type your responses and mail the completed application to the address below.
