RENSSELAER CURBSIDE SERVICE

Bi-weekly collection – must be on curb by 7:30a.m. Corrugated Cardboard, Boxboard, Newspaper, Office Paper, Junk Mail, Magazines, Glass, Steel & Aluminum Cans, #1 & #2 Plastics

Rinse out all containers, remove labels, crush if possible, separate aluminum and steel cans, separate glass by color, remove lids and metal rings from glass, put paper in bags or bundles, remove and separate slick inserts, paper must be clean and dry, separate newspaper, phone books, and magazines, plastics must have a 1 or 2 printed, lids must be removed and plastic containers should be crushed. No motor oil containers or anti-freeze bottles.
