White County Recycling accepts a variety of recyclable products at our facility.

#1 Pete (soda bottles),#2 natural (milk jugs),#2 colored (soap bottles), glass (brown, green, and clear), newspaper, office paper, cardboard, aluminum and tin cans, magazines, oil filters, antifreeze, oil (5 gallon limit), car batteries, household batteries, fluorescent light bulbs, stuffed animals, and small toys.

Appliances can be brought to the recycling center for a minimal fee. Freon containing items such as refrigerators, freezers, dehumidifiers, and air conditioners are $20.00. There is no charge for stoves, water heaters, washers, dryers and other small appliances.

In addition, White County residents may drop off obsolete computers and televisions, copiers, fax machines, scanners, cell phones and other accessories to the center during the normal business hours of 7:30-4:00, Monday-Friday. *Limited to 3 pieces of e-waste and ID will be required*

*Free pick up of corrugated cardboard for local businesses is available for a minimal start up fee. Please call the center for further information!!!
